New Customers—How the First Month’s Rent Works:

If your rent is due on the first of the month and you move in on any other day, you will be credited for those days in month two. This means that in the second month, your balance may be slightly lower than what you’d normally pay. But by month three, the full month’s rent will be due on the first of the month, every month there after.
