Can I Transfer My Account to Someone Else?

Individual Accounts: Public Storage does not allow customers to transfer ownership of their account or space.  Customers must remove all items and vacate the space if they no longer wish to store them. The account must be current and have a zero balance before vacating.

Business Accounts: For business ownership transfers, please obtain and fill out a fiduciary form from your local Property Manager. This will ensure the customer information is updated appropriately. You will also need to remove or update any saved payment methods tied to the online account.
