How Do I Use My Lock?

Disc Lock Instructions

  1. Close Your Door Tightly

Make sure your door is firmly shut. If you have a roll-up door, step on the kick plate to allow the bottom of the door to seal properly.

  2. Secure the Latch

Slide the lock latch across so that the holes align and the latch is secured in place. Give your door a tug to check that the latch is holding firm and the door doesn't budge.

  3. Prepare Your Lock

Unlock your disc lock and leave the key in, positioning it so that when the lock is closed, it slides between both holes.

  4. Lock it Up

Turn the key to close the lock (and don't forget to take the key with you).
