How Can I Return My Lock for a Refund?

To return your unused lock for a refund, visit your local Public Storage facility and hand it to a Property Manager, or place it in the drop box within 30 days of move-in.

To Return Your Lock for a Refund:

  • Lock must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Lock must be returned within 30 days of move-in.
  • Lock must be handed to a Property Manager or placed in the drop box.
  • Your returned-lock refund will be issued once processed.
