Why is There an Extra Lock on My Unit?

When there is an outstanding balance on your account or any other concern, a lock may be placed on your unit. Once the account is up to date and/or any other concerns have been resolved, we’ll either remove the lock or provide you with a code to remove it & return it to the Lock Return Box at the property.

Where Can I Return the Lock?

Please return the lock to the Property Manager or place it in the drop box. These are located in the lobby or hallway near the office or kiosk.

What is the Lock Combination?

When you bring your account up to current and/or any other concerns have been resolved, we will send you the code via email. You can also call the number on the back of the lock (866-877-7641) to receive the code.
