If Your AutoPay Fails, Try These Steps:

In Your Public Storage App or Online Account:

  • Double-check the payment account number we have on file for you.
  • Ensure the payment zip code on file is accurate.
  • Ensure the expiration date for the card on file is current.

Check with Your Financial Institution:

  • Make sure there are enough funds available in your account to cover payment.
  • Verify that your account details haven’t changed.
