Set Up AutoPay:

You can set up AutoPay in the Payments section of your Public Storage App or on your Public Storage account.

Easily Make a Payment:

• Download the Public Storage App, Log In to your account on the app and click "Payments."
• Log in to "Your Account" and click "Payments."
• Visit a Storage Facility to pay in-person at the office or the kiosk.
• Pay by phone by dialing 866-444-4747 (for a small fee).

I Paid, But My Payment Hasn’t Been Credited to My Account:

• Check your payment status and history
• If your payment does not post, check with your financial institution.
• Provide proof of payment from your financial institution to your nearest Public Storage location.
